Job summary

Hilton The Hague seeks a Cluster C&E Billing Coordinator to manage billing for Groups, Meetings and Events across Hilton The Hague, Hilton Rotterdam and Royal Parc Soestduinen. You will ensure accurate invoicing, timely processing and proper revenue allocation, while addressing client queries with professionalism.

The role offers a full-time contract with opportunities for development, in-house systems experience, and collaboration with Commercial, Finance and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in event billing or hotel finance or related admin role.
• Strong organizational and accuracy skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing lifecycle for Groups, Conferences & Events across cluster hotels.
• Prepare final invoices based on contracts and event data.
• Process refunds and handle client billing queries.
