Hilton Rotterdam, Hilton The Hague, and DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen seek a Cluster Marketing Executive to implement the marketing strategy across three properties. You will support social media, promotional materials, campaigns, and photo/video shoots to boost visibility and sales.

The role collaborates with commercial and F&B teams and requires a Bachelor’s in Marketing/related field, fluency in English (Dutch preferred), and expertise in MS Office and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and video editing tools is a plus.
• Eye for detail and creativity.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude; able to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible mindset to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of the annual marketing calendar and campaigns across three hotels.
• Maintain and update online content, including hotel and restaurant sites and third-party platforms.
• Assist in creating, scheduling and monitoring social media content.
• Design and produce marketing collateral and promotional materials per brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with local media, suppliers and partners to back marketing initiatives.
• Assist with photography and video editing for campaigns and promotions.
• Organize and track marketing projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
• Support invoice processing and budget tracking.
• Participate in brainstorms with commercial and F&B teams to generate ideas.
