Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Event Management.
• Bachelor-level HBO or hospitality-related education is preferred.
• Strong Dutch and English written and spoken skills.
• Creative, proactive and service-oriented.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate meetings and events from A to Z.
• Respond to inquiries quickly to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Set pricing and planning for groups and events.
• Coordinate menus and services with clients and hotel departments.
• Ensure contracts, deposits, and invoicing are accurate.
