Applied Medical is seeking a Clinical Events Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across compliance activities, internal event coordination, and team communications. You will work with product experts and stakeholders to ensure events, documentation, and processes run smoothly.

This fixed-term role (1 year) is primarily on-site with hybrid options, based at our Amersfoort (NL) facility, offering extensive training, volunteering days, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support internal events such as site visits, roundtables, and symposiums.
• Manage administrative documentation in accordance with internal processes, including contracts and payment requests.
• Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, logistics, and expense reports.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update shared team resources (folders, channels, notes, trackers).
• Help ensure visibility of ongoing activities and support process improvements.
