Job summary

MindCapture invites a skilled Clinical Specialist to join a consultancy role focused on education and the successful use of an innovative medical device across hospitals, residential care, and home care settings.

You will train healthcare professionals, guide multi-site implementations, support patients and caregivers during first use, and serve as a clinical contact throughout adoption, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must hold an MBO or HBO Nursing degree.
• Valid BIG registration is required.
• Driving licence B and residence in Midden Nederland.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands.
• Experience delivering instruction or presentations is a plus.
• Flexibility for regular evening activities related to training and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training: Provide education and practical instruction to healthcare professionals.
• Support implementation: Guide implementation projects across multiple healthcare settings.
• Assist patients: Support patients and caregivers during initial device use.
• Provide clinical advice: Recommend appropriate use in different care environments.
• Gather feedback: Collect user experiences, needs and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth implementation.
• Promote adoption: Encourage positive user experiences and sustainable implementation.

As a Clinical Specialist, you will support the introduction and successful use of an innovative medical device across hospitals, residential care facilities and home care environments. You will provide education, guide implementation activities, support patients and caregivers during first use and act as a trusted clinical contact throughout the adoption process. You will work independently while collaborating closely with internal colleagues and external healthcare stakeholders to achieve successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Independent working: Proactive approach with willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands.
• Interest in innovation: Affinity with healthcare innovation and medical devices is a plus.
• Training experience: Experience delivering instruction training or presentations is a plus.
