Job summary

Masimo Netherlands seeks a field-based professional to accompany applications in non-invasive patient monitoring at customer sites. You will develop and implement individualized solutions with sales staff and provide ongoing support.

Training clinical staff in hospitals or our training center is required, along with presenting products at workshops and events. You will document customer feedback in the CRM system and collaborate with national and international teams such as Customer Service,

Qualifications

• High school diploma with subsequent medical training (e.g., cardio technician/nurse with specialization).
• Excellent product-related medical expertise and knowledge of hospital processes.
• Strong self-organization to plan, prioritize and execute actions to reach goals.
• Confident, personable appearance to engage customers and win trust.
• Enjoy developing customer solutions as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and good knowledge of Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Accompanying applications in the field of non-invasive patient monitoring at the customer's site.
• Development and implementation of tailored customer solutions together with sales staff and ongoing support.

Requirements
