Job summary

Carat, part of Dentsu, is seeking a strategic Client Whisperer for a four-month secondment with Heineken in Amsterdam. You will bridge dentsu activities across transition, structure, and Martech delivery, ensuring seamless operation and macro Freddy.Connect alignment.

You should be strategic while orchestrating transformation across people, process and technology to land in the business. The role demands influence across global teams, deep product knowledge, and the ability to guide clients

Qualifications

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across companies, cultures and countries to drive your agenda through influence.
• Demonstrated experience of building out operational best practices that improves efficiency, strengthens governance, and supports the achievement of strategic business goals.
• Strong skills in persuasion and selling of your ideas and strategies to new and existing clients.
• Best in class strategic thinking with an ability to communicate (written & verbal) strategic and innovative ideas with clarity and simplicity.
• Strong understanding of the role of media in delivering business value for modern brands.
• Working knowledge across all established and emerging digital channels and how they work together.
• Cultural awareness, analytical skills, and relentless curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of all key deliverables.
• Co-create solutions with the client; delivering on our pioneering ambition.
• Ensure fully compliant & meeting all contractual obligations.
• Oversee management and mobilisation of wider Carat and dentsu network to deliver excellence.
• Be an SME across dentsu's evolving product development & services, industry innovation and thinking, media owner positioning and apply this knowledge to support the team and guide the client.
• Connect with Accelerator account clients to support/ lead on client's digital thinking and oversee on strategies that drive growth and transformation across their business, engaging the broader digital / dentsu practices as necessary.
