Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Global Client Lead to drive growth for a major client across global and local markets. The role combines strategic vision, operational excellence and commercial acumen within the carat/global media ecosystem.

You will partner with dentsu practices to deliver integrated growth solutions, lead a small global team and manage senior client relationships to shape roadmaps and financial targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years direct management experience.
• Account leadership with a track record of client growth.
• International/global experience across markets and cultures.
• Proven expertise in global commercial and business development.
• Strong knowledge of global network and operations management.
• Experience in digital, data and performance marketing.
• Background in media planning and activation.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the annual business plan for the client and identify growth opportunities for the client’s business and our product offerings.
• Oversee brand teams both globally and locally and collaborate across dentsu practices to deliver integrated growth solutions.
• Upgrade operating models and services to drive client growth and deliver agreed financial targets.
• Build and manage relationships with senior clients through a clear roadmap and value delivery.
• Direct line management of a small global team and influence across priority markets.
• Navigate and optimize contractual agreements negotiated at the global level.
