Zusammenfassung

Vyntra Global is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager for Payments & Transaction Observability. You will own a portfolio of banking customers, advising on payments operations and coordinating delivery across product, services and sales to achieve outcomes.

The role is hybrid with regular travel to Mechelen, Belgium and client sites across Europe. You willcombine payments know-how with advisory and account-management skills to drive adoption and value realization.

Qualifikationen

• Solid professional experience in payments, transaction banking, or banking technology.
• Working understanding of payment flows and schemes such as SWIFT, SEPA and ISO 20022.
• Experience advising or managing banking/financial services customers in a consulting or delivery role.
• Ability to assess a customer situation, ask informed questions and propose practical next steps.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio of banking customers and build relationships across payments operations, technology and business teams.
• Understand customers' payment environments, priorities and objectives.
• Advise on how to improve use of Vyntra's Transaction Observability solutions.
• Develop account plans covering adoption and longer-term objectives.
• Drive delivery of plans by coordinating activities and internal teams.
• Follow up on actions, resolve blockers and manage changes.
• Handle customer escalations and maintain ownership through to resolution.
• Run reviews and working sessions, identify risks and suggest improvements.
• Help customers expand platform usage and develop scalable processes.
