SPS Commerce is hiring a Consultant I for our Breukelen, Netherlands office. You will work with a team to implement solutions for customers, diagnosing and resolving issues on change events and escalated cases as needed.

The role emphasizes consulting with clients, understanding business objectives, and delivering on project milestones. You will operate with moderate supervision and contribute to strong, long-term customer relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1-2 years of client-facing experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ownership mindset with accountability for customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of the implementation project.
• Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals.
• Provide proactive project updates, setting realistic expectations, and maintaining transparency throughout every project phase.
• Serve as a customer advocate internally, ensuring team deliverables align directly with the client’s strategic business goals.
• Navigate defined project environments where requirements or trading partner specifications may be incomplete.
• Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding each trading partner's operational context and business priorities.
• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
• Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
• Track progress of Implementation projects. Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved.
