• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate communication within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Concierge Support: Deliver scheduled client calls and assist clients with platform navigation.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread threads, ensure SLA compliance, and proactive outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes within the system.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags and escalate according to compliance rules.
