The role focuses on client communication, CRM administration, and support services, with no regulated broker activities. Strict adherence to compliance, confidentiality, and data protection is required.

Responsabilidades

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, concise messages within the Assetara workspace.
• Concierge Support: Conduct scheduled client calls and assist with platform navigation.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize threads, maintain SLA discipline and proactive outreach.
• CRM Administration: Keep accurate client notes without exposing personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags and escalate per company rules.
