Qualifications

• Academic level with a technical background (Electrical/Architecture).
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Commercial drive and willingness to develop.
• Active proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from request to delivery and ensure accurate handling and proactive communication with the customer.
• Provide excellent customer service with timely updates, resolving queries and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouses and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and project execution.
• Provide technical, product and lighting support to customers and account managers.
• Prepare quotes to meet customer and project requirements.
• Interpret construction specifications and tender documents to support project opportunities and successful bids.
• Manage customer cases, returns, quality issues and claims, and ensure effective timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, project information and follow-up activities.
• Provide efficient administrative support and ensure accurate documentation and data management.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
