Job summary

Glamox ASA in Numansdorp, Netherlands, seeks a Sales Support Specialist to provide high-quality operational and administrative support to customers and the sales team.

You will coordinate with logistics, production and product specialists, ensure accurate order processing in ERP, and prepare quotations and documentation in collaboration with Area Sales Managers. Dutch and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales support or order management in B2B.
• Experience in lighting/electrical/construction advantageous.
• Strong admin skills with accurate order handling.
• Proficient with CRM/ERP and MS 365 applications.
• Good Dutch and English communication, written and spoken.
• Service-minded, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and CRM.
• Process sales orders accurately in ERP with correct pricing/delivery terms.
• Prepare quotations and commercial documentation with managers.
• Coordinate with logistics, production and warehouse on orders.
• Handle complaints and returns, coordinating investigations.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardisation of workflows.
