Airswift is recruiting a Civil Engineer for a 12-month assignment in Nijmegen, Netherlands, supporting the development and delivery of a utility-scale 300 MW Battery Energy Storage System project. The role focuses on civil compliance within Dutch regulatory environments, reviewing design deliverables and providing specialist input across design and construction phases.

Qualifications

Experience with utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System projects.
Experience reviewing civil design deliverables for compliance with Dutch legal, regulatory, and site-specific requirements.
Experience supporting Basic Design, BoP tendering, and construction-phase technical clarification activities.
Experience assessing foundations, structures, drainage, roads, and related civil infrastructure in an energy project environment.

Responsibilities

Review civil design deliverables for compliance with Dutch regulations and site constraints.
Provide specialist input across Basic Design, BoP tendering, and construction-phase queries.
Translate regulatory requirements into actionable comments for technical teams.
Coordinate with engineering teams, clients and local stakeholders as required.
