Job summary

A leading energy consulting firm in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to oversee the electrical elements of multiple battery energy storage projects. The role involves leading design efforts, guiding project teams, optimizing systems, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in electrical engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Dutch and German grid codes is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in battery energy storage systems (BESS) or renewable energy sectors.
• Experience with large-scale energy storage or energy infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Dutch/German grid codes and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and integration.
• Guide EPC contractors and internal teams through all project stages.
• Coordinate load flow studies and grid interconnection.
