Job summary

Bynder is hiring an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager to guide top brands through large-scale digital transformations. You will own complex enterprise deployments, coordinate multi‑team workstreams, and drive AI-enabled onboarding workflows with a focus on value delivery.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure governance, data quality, and a strong net retention trajectory. Amsterdam-office presence is expected.

Qualifications

Experience delivering onboarding programs for large SaaS customers.
Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and SDK configurations.
Ability to lead AI-enabled enterprise delivery initiatives.

Responsibilities

Fully lead complex enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholders.
Drive enterprise strategy, governance, and taxonomy workshops.
Lead AI tool adoption to scale workflows and metadata mapping.
Influence retention and expansion through fast time-to-value.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve enterprise issues.
Forecast resources, budgets, and maintain project data hygiene.
