Job summary

Network Republic is seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Operations to lead the European Sales & Operations team and drive growth across enterprise IT infrastructure. You will shape the European commercial strategy, recruit and develop top sales talent, and manage high‑value international transactions with close executive collaboration in Europe and the US.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of commercial experience within enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing and developing commercial teams.
• A strong international network within enterprise IT.
• Experience with high‑value international transactions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the European Sales & Operations team.
• Coach and motivate sales professionals.
• Recruit and build a strong team of enterprise IT sales professionals.
• Develop and execute the European commercial strategy.
