Job summary

INL Cargo, a leading logistics service provider with European reach, seeks a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the commercial strategy and revenue growth across Europe. You will translate market opportunities into sustainable revenue, margins and long-term partnerships while building an integrated commercial team.

As a member of the executive team, you will shape propositions including 4PL Control Tower and White Glove services, drive tenders and major deals, and collaborate with CEO, CFO and COO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Senior commercial leadership experience in freight forwarding, road transport, logistics or supply chain services.
• Proven track record across sales, marketing, business development and key account management.
• Experience building, leading and developing high-performing commercial teams.
• A relevant network among shippers, airlines and logistics service providers.
• Expertise in pricing, tenders, contract negotiations and margin management.
• Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Dutch and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Growth mindset with ability to scale commercial team and volumes.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands and internationally.

Building on a strong commercial foundation and attractive market opportunities, the company is investing in technology, network development and further professionalization. We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) who will set the commercial direction and prepare the organization for continued European expansion.

Your role

As Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead INL Cargo's commercial strategy and revenue growth across Europe. You will translate market opportunities into sustainable revenue, healthy margins and long-term customer partnerships, while building and developing an integrated team across marketing, sales, account management, and carrier and capacity management. You will maintain a strong market presence, lead strategic customer relationships and take an active role in complex tenders and business cases. A key priority is the commercialization of new propositions, including 4PL Control Tower solutions and White Glove delivery services. As a member of the executive team, you will work closely with the CEO, CFO and COO.
