Job summary

INL Cargo, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to steer commercial strategy and revenue growth across Europe from Amsterdam. You will translate market opportunities into sustainable revenue, margins and long-term partnerships while building a high-performing commercial team across marketing, sales, account management and capacity.

You will lead strategic relationships, manage complex tenders and business cases, and drive new propositions such as 4PL Control Tower

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Senior commercial leadership experience in freight forwarding, road transport, logistics or supply chain services.
• Proven track record across sales, marketing, business development and key account management.
• Experience building, leading and developing high-performing commercial teams.
• Relevant network among shippers, airlines and logistics service providers.
• Expertise in pricing, tenders, contract negotiations and margin management.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Dutch and Spanish a strong plus.

INL Cargo, a leading logistics service provider with branches at Schiphol (NL), Barcelona (ES) and Ohrid (Macedonia), is entering an ambitious phase of growth. Building on a strong commercial foundation and attractive market opportunities, the company is investing in technology, network development and further professionalization. We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) who will set the commercial direction and prepare the organization for continued European expansion.

Your role

As Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead INL Cargo's commercial strategy and revenue growth across Europe. You will translate market opportunities into sustainable revenue, healthy margins and long-term customer partnerships, while building and developing an integrated team across marketing, sales, account management, and carrier and capacity management. You will maintain a strong market presence, lead strategic customer relationships and take an active role in complex tenders and business cases. A key priority is the commercialization of new propositions, including 4PL Control Tower solutions and White Glove delivery services. As a member of the executive team, you will work closely with the CEO, CFO and COO.
