Job summary

NH Collection Amsterdam is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will plan, prepare and cook buffets and à la carte dishes, while guiding junior staff and ensuring consistent, high-quality presentations.

You will work under the (Sous) Chef and contribute to developing menus and recipes in a 5-star property. We value guests’ extraordinary experiences, HACCP compliance, teamwork and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality kitchen environments is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned kitchen station ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist the Sous Chef and contribute to menu development.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
