Bebas and Babas B.V. is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our Amsterdam kitchen team. You will run a designated section, ensuring dishes are prepared to our high standards and presented consistently during service.

Responsibilities include independent section management, adherence to recipes, quality control, and maintaining top hygiene. You will support the Head Chef and collaborate with the team to keep the kitchen running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared consistently, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage and operate your assigned kitchen section independently
• Prepare and cook dishes according to Amra's recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
• Assist with prep, stock control, and kitchen organization
• Support the Head Chef and collaborate with the kitchen team during service

• Overige eisen Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up
• Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Team player with good communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Experience with Georgian or Eastern European cuisine is a plus (but not required)
