Job summary

Landgoed Kaamps in Deurningen zoekt een hospitable, enthousiaste en representatieve kok die zelfstandig in onze (shop) keuken werkt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten, bereiden en afmaken van gerechten in onze brasserie en voor de bereiding van producten in de winkel.

Wij vragen MBO niveau 3 of 4 en een creatieve, flexibele en zelfstandige werkhouding. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, hebt een passie voor gastvrijheid en een affiniteit met kaas, het landgoed en het plattelandsleven.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau 3 of 4 vereist, creatieve instelling.
• Sterke teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
• Bereid om zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend en avonds te werken, met planningsverplichtingen.

Responsibilities

• Starten, bereiden en afmaken van gerechten in de brasserie.
• Producten in de shop bereiden.
• zelfstandig in de keuken werken en kwaliteit leveren.

Independent Chef (shop and brasserie) Working at Landgoed Kaamps means working for a dynamic company with a great deal of ambition. In addition to their competencies and experience, employees at Landgoed Kaamps are selected based on their spontaneity, openness, sociability, and demeanor, among other things. As an employee, you must also be able to work well in a team. To strengthen this team, we are looking for a hospitable, enthusiastic, and presentable cook who works independently in our (shop) kitchen. In this position, you are responsible for starting up, preparing, and finishing dishes in our brasserie, as well as preparing products in our shop.

Standard opening hours: Our brasserie is open from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our shop is open from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (until 9:00 PM on Fridays).

We ask:

• You have MBO level 3 or 4 and are very creative.
• Strong sense of responsibility
• You are available on weekdays, but also on weekends and during evening hours (flexible schedule, which is planned 4 weeks in advance).
• You speak fluent Dutch
• Passion for hospitality and an affinity with cheese, the farm, and country life
• You are proactive, flexible, accurate, quality-conscious, and have an independent work attitude.
