Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a Channel Solution Engineer in the Netherlands to accelerate partner adoption and success in cloud, security, governance, and AI offerings built on the Microsoft ecosystem. You will work with partners, customers, distributors, and Microsoft stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, demonstrate business value, and accelerate customer success.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar.
• Experience with channel partners, MSPs, distributors, resellers, or systems integrators.
• Proven track record leading discovery, design, demonstrations, and enablement for partners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; translating tech into business value.
• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies and CSP/partner ecosystems is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; collaborative mindset to help partners succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, solution design, demos, and PoC engagements for partners and customers (virtual and onsite).
• Guide partners and customers through evaluation, validation, and decision processes.
• Deliver technical training, workshops, and enablement programs for partner teams.
• Develop reusable demos, reference architectures, and technical assets to support partner success.
• Act as trusted advisor to partner executives, architects, consultants, and technical teams.
• Assess partner capabilities and identify opportunities to expand service offerings and GTM initiatives.
• Collaborate with channel teams to drive adoption and growth; support RFPs, RFIs, and technical win strategies.
