Delta Electronics EMEA is seeking a Channel Marketing professional to develop and execute channel marketing strategies, create campaigns with distributors and partners, and manage MDF and event activities. The role focuses on driving partner collaboration and lead generation to fuel channel growth in IT and data center segments.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of channel marketing experience, strong project management and stakeholder skills, and fluency in English.

• 3–5 years of channel/partner marketing experience.
• Experience in the IT/tech industry; data center experience is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing events.
• Experience working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, or other channel partners.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Generate leads through joint activities with channel partners, and coordinate lead follow-up and campaign reporting with Sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Regional Marketing to support channel business growth.
