Job summary

Delta, a global leader in switching power supplies and energy management, invites a Channel Marketing Manager to join its team in the Netherlands. You will develop and execute channel marketing strategies with distributors, resellers, and system integrators to drive demand and growth.

The role requires 3–5 years in channel/partner marketing, IT/tech industry experience, event planning, and strong project management. Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in channel or partner marketing.
• IT or technology industry experience; data center experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing events.
• Experience working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, or other channel partners.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Create joint marketing plans and campaigns with distributors, resellers, and other channel partners.
• Plan and execute partner events, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and other demand generation activities.
• Support partners with marketing materials, campaigns, product launches, and sales tools.
• Manage market development funds (MDF) and co-marketing activities in coordination with Sales and channel partners.
• Generate leads through joint activities with channel partners, and coordinate lead follow-up and campaign reporting with Sales.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Regional Marketing to support channel business growth.
