Job summary

Digital Skills is seeking a seasoned Change Manager to lead adoption, capability development and behavioural change across a major finance transformation programme. You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design change strategies and adoption plans that enable AI-enabled capabilities.

The role focuses on delivering learning interventions, coaching leaders, and embedding new ways of working within technology-driven environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Change Manager.
• Strong knowledge of change frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR or Lean Change.
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale change and capability programmes.
• Experience supporting AI adoption and embedding AI into business processes.
• Strong capability-building, learning and organisational development expertise.
• Experience in technology-led or digital-first organisations.
• Experience facilitating workshops, learning sessions and leadership discussions.
• Experience supporting finance transformation programmes is advantageous but not essential.

The Rate - €115 per hour (40 hours per week)

Amsterdam, Netherlands -2 days per week onsite

About the Role

Summary of the Best Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an established Change Manager with extensive experience leading organisational change, capability-building and adoption programmes within technology-driven environments.

You will be highly experienced in AI adoption, leadership enablement and capability development, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders, shape transformation strategies and operate autonomously. Experience with Prosci, ADKAR or similar methodologies, combined with strong facilitation and communication skills, will be critical to success in this role
