As an Organizational Change Expert – AI Adoption, you will play a key role in designing and executing a comprehensive change strategy that enables the entire organization to integrate AI as a core capability. You will collaborate across business units, IT, HR, and leadership to foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and trust in AI-driven decision-making. Your experience leading change in complex, technology-driven environments will be essential to ensure a smooth and meaningful transformation.
Job Description
Your main responsibilities include:
- Enterprise Change Strategy: Support the development and implementation of a holistic change management approach to drive the AI-native transformation—defining vision, key narratives, and engagement tactics tailored to various business functions.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to ensure alignment, ownership, and shared commitment to the AI journey.
- Strategic Communication: Design and deliver clear, compelling communication about AI adoption, tailored to different audiences, roles, and communication channels.
- Culture Transformation: Promote a culture of curiosity, responsible innovation, and continuous learning around AI—fostering psychological safety and openness to change.
- Learning & Enablement: Collaborate with learning and capability-building teams to design and implement role-based enablement programs and AI literacy initiatives.
- Leadership Alignment: Contribute to leadership sessions and workshops to align vision, sponsorship, and behavioral role modeling for AI adoption.
- Event Facilitation: Organize and lead workshops and community-of-practice sessions to drive awareness, engagement, and peer learning.
- Feedback & Measurement: Establish feedback loops, adoption metrics, and change readiness assessments to continuously enhance the transformation process.
- Best Practice Sharing: Capture and share success stories, lessons learned, and scalable practices to accelerate adoption across teams.

Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in Organizational Sciences, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, including at least 3 years focused on AI adoption, digital transformation, or intelligent automation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success leading AI-related change programs across multiple business functions.
- Experience with enterprise-wide technology adoption, ideally involving AI, machine learning, or data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies (SAFe preferred).
- Experience in consultancy or advisory roles is an advantage.
