Job summary
Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Producer/Head of Studio based in the Netherlands to own the end-to-end production of online slot games. You will lead cross-functional teams through concept, development, certification, launch and post-launch optimisation in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
The role requires US market expertise, experience managing licensed content, strong leadership, and the ability to shape the studio's portfolio while driving KPI-driven
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in online slot game production.
- Experience producing for regulated US gaming markets.
- Experience managing branded or licensed slot projects.
- Deep knowledge of slot mechanics and RTP calculations.
- Ability to interpret performance data and KPIs.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with B2B aggregators and platform partners.
- Experience with agile production methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end production pipeline from concept to post-launch.
- Shape the game portfolio and identify themes for US markets.
- Lead licensed content production and licensor relationships.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across designers, artists, engineers and QA.
- Establish production standards, processes and QA.
- Monitor US and Canadian regulatory developments.
- Recruit, mentor and develop studio talent.
- Analyze performance data to improve mechanics and commercial success.
- Collaborate with platform providers and partners for distribution.
