Job summary

Catawiki in Amsterdam is seeking a Campaigns & Activations Specialist to own the development and delivery of campaigns engaging buyers and sellers, turning opportunities into high‑impact moments.

You’ll define end‑to‑end activation plans, monitor market trends, and collaborate with CRM, Creative, Merchandising, PR and Paid Media teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys. Hybrid work with AI-enabled optimization is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in campaign, growth, brand or digital marketing, ideally in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
• Strong execution skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve output and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end campaigns: develop, plan, launch and evaluate campaigns and activations across the Catawiki marketplace.
• Bring fresh ideas by monitoring market trends and cultural moments to identify new formats and opportunities.
• Measure performance, define success metrics and translate results into actionable learnings.
