Job summary
Catawiki, Amsterdam-based, is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager within the Collectables Sales Team. You will grow a portfolio of existing sellers with high potential, build strategic relationships, and develop growth plans to expand their business on Catawiki.
You will collaborate with Business Developers, Experts and stakeholders to optimise performance, negotiate value-forward agreements, and drive supply alignment across the platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a commercial, economics, sales-related field with sales experience.
- Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
- Experience building strategic relationships with high-value sellers.
- Comfort with data and Google Workspace tools (Sheets/Slides).
Responsibilities
- Take over newly onboarded sellers from Business Developers and support their growth.
- Identify sellers with high growth potential and develop revenue strategies.
- Build, negotiate and maintain commercial agreements creating value for sellers and Catawiki.
- Monitor seller health and performance metrics to spot risks and opportunities.
- Grow and retain top sellers through relationship-building, outreach and KPI analysis.
- Collaborate with Experts to source the right supply for top sellers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve seller support and opportunities.
