Job summary

The Fellas Ads, an Amsterdam-based affiliate network, is seeking a Campaign Manager to drive growth, revenue, and profitability across our portfolio of advertiser campaigns.

You will work closely with Affiliate Management to push campaigns, optimize traffic, and build strong commercial relationships. A base salary with commission, a fast-moving startup environment, and opportunities to travel to conferences are on offer.

Qualifications

Experience in affiliate marketing, sales, or performance marketing.
Strong numerical and data-driven decision making.
Proactive, fast-moving, ownership mindset.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Experience with tracking platforms and funnels is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of campaigns and drive growth and profitability.
Collaborate with Affiliate Managers to push campaigns, increase traffic, and maximise revenue.

Your Role:

As a Campaign Manager at The Fellas Ads, you will play a key role in driving campaign growth, increasing revenue, and maximising the commercial performance of our affiliate campaigns.

This is a sales-driven, commercially focused role with a strong analytical side. You'll work closely with Affiliate Management to identify new opportunities, push campaigns, increase traffic volumes, and turn strong-performing campaigns into bigger revenue opportunities.

You'll be expected to take ownership, move quickly, challenge the team, and constantly look for ways to generate more business.

What you'll do:

Take ownership of a portfolio of campaigns and drive their growth and profitability.
Work closely with Affiliate Managers to push campaigns, increase traffic, and maximise revenue.
Identify new sales opportunities and find ways to increase campaign volume.
Build strong commercial relationships with affiliates and internal stakeholders.
Analyse campaign performance daily and turn data into clear commercial actions.
Identify underperforming campaigns and take action quickly to improve results.
Find opportunities to scale successful campaigns and increase traffic volumes.
Work hands-on with tracking platforms, campaign setups, and performance data.
Make fast, data-driven decisions around traffic, pricing, performance, and revenue.
Challenge Affiliate Managers and stakeholders when you see opportunities to improve commercial performance.
Help launch and develop new campaigns and traffic opportunities.
Develop, deploy, and continuously optimise sales funnels to improve conversion rates and generate additional revenue.
Test new approaches and strategies to find additional revenue opportunities.
Monitor campaign profitability and make sure traffic is being allocated where it delivers the best return.
Take full ownership of your results and be accountable for the revenue and performance of your campaigns.
Continuously look for ways to grow existing business while identifying new commercial opportunities.
