We are looking for an ambitious and analytical Performance Marketer to take ownership of our paid advertising and digital performance activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, analysing and optimising paid marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Bing Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). You will also work across additional channels such as Meta and LinkedIn, helping to generate leads, improve campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights.
You will work closely with the Marketing Lead and wider commercial team. While you will receive strategic direction and support, this is a self-standing role where you will have ownership of the day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid media activities.
This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning or early stage of their career who is passionate about digital marketing, enjoys working with data and wants to further develop their expertise in performance marketing.
What You'll Do

- Monitor key performance metrics and translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Support conversion tracking, campaign measurement and performance reporting.
- Test and optimise audiences, targeting strategies, keywords, messaging and campaign approaches.
- Work with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads as part of the wider paid media strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure paid campaigns align with broader business and marketing objectives.
- Support CRM and marketing automation activities and help improve relevant workflows and campaigns.
- Prepare clear reports on campaign performance and communicate results and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with developments, trends and best practices in performance marketing and paid media.
What We're Looking For
- Up to approximately 3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, digital marketing or paid media. Strong candidates with relevant internships, side projects or other hands-on experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Hands-on experience with, or a strong understanding of, Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 and the ability to analyse and interpret marketing and website data.
- A strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- An interest in campaign optimisation, testing and improving marketing performance.
- Familiarity with key digital marketing metrics such as conversion rates, cost per lead, CPA and ROAS.
- Experience with Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads is a strong advantage, but not essential.
- Experience with CRM systems and/or marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your area of responsibility.
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Dutch and/or German language skills are a strong advantage, but not required.
What We Offer
- A full-time position of 40 hours per week.
- Flexibility in how the hybrid working arrangement is applied.
- The opportunity to take real ownership of paid media and performance marketing activities.
- The opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a collaborative and ambitious team.
