Job summary

The Fellas Ads, an Amsterdam-based affiliate network, is seeking a Campaign Manager to drive growth, revenue, and profitability across our portfolio of advertiser campaigns.

You will work closely with Affiliate Management to push campaigns, optimize traffic, and build strong commercial relationships. A base salary with commission, a fast-moving startup environment, and opportunities to travel to conferences are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate marketing, sales, or performance marketing.
• Strong numerical and data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, fast-moving, ownership mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with tracking platforms and funnels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of campaigns and drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Managers to push campaigns, increase traffic, and maximise revenue.
• Identify new sales opportunities and increase campaign volume.
• Analyse campaign performance daily and translate data into actions.
• Build strong commercial relationships with affiliates and internal teams.
• Launch and optimise new campaigns and traffic opportunities.
• Develop, deploy, and optimise sales funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Make data-driven decisions around traffic, pricing, and performance.
