• 1+ years of experience in Affiliate or Performance Marketing.
• Proven track record in account management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• Excellent communication skills with international partners.
• Strong analytical mindset, proficient in Excel (pivot tables, reporting).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

W.DIGITAL is looking for a proactive and driven Advertiser Manager with at least 1 year experience within online marketing (preferably on the advertiser management side) to join our Performance Marketing team. At W.DIGITAL, we always strive for the best possible output with the highest amount of fun. Are you ready to join our fast-paced team and take our affiliate partnerships to the next level?

We offer a full-time position (40 hours/week) at our Amsterdam office (with at least one day of remote work per week). As an Advertiser Manager, you will be responsible managing and expanding our network of advertisers. Both agencies and direct clients. You’ll identify new growth opportunities, negotiate deals, and ensure strong relationships that drive performance and profitability. Your goal: to develop high-quality advertiser partnerships and maximize ROI across all campaigns.
