As a Business Control Consultant, you are at the heart of high-impact transactions, helping organizations elevate and transform their financial operations during critical moments of growth and change.

Responsibilities of Business Control Consultant:

Support businesses through transactions by strengthening and scaling their financial operations
Help define key performance indicators and implement effective reporting frameworks
Advise leadership during public listing processes, assisting with coordination, documentation, and stakeholder interaction
Shape the financial operating model before and after investment events
Contribute to team growth and development while helping build strong client relationships
Work on diverse, project-based assignments with a focus on improvement and transformation

Experience required:

You have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience and hold a Master’s degree in a finance or business-related discipline
You excel at breaking down complex issues and finding effective solutions
You’re capable of steering strategic priorities and outlining clear development plans
You have a proven track record of managing intricate projects and collaborating with diverse teams
You communicate confidently in both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing
