Job summary

Riverflex is seeking a Senior Consultant, Strategy & Transformation to guide strategic initiatives and oversee execution for clients across Europe. You’ll shape data-driven digital strategies, mentor consultants, and help win new opportunities.

You have 4–6 years at a top-tier firm, deep knowledge of digital technologies, and a growth mindset, with willingness to travel as needed. Amsterdam-based hybrid role with flexibility.

Responsibilities

Your role as Senior Consultant, Strategy & Transformation

We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced strategy and digital transformation consultant to take the next step in a rapid-growth scale-up environment. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' future success, providing strategic guidance and overseeing execution across consulting projects.

What you’ll be working on

• Leading and managing workstreams from initiation to completion, keeping objectives on time and on budget
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding business challenges and delivering value-driven solutions
• Conducting in-depth industry and market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and shape data-driven digital strategies
• Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies that help clients put technology to work for the business
• Guiding and mentoring a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment
• Developing actionable recommendations and strategic plans tailored to each client's needs
• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables, reports, and client presentations
• Supporting business development by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposals
• Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy consulting and digital transformation

Who you are

• 4–6 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on digital and/or tech transformation
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business
• Proven ability to turn quantitative and qualitative analysis into actionable strategy
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
• A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional value and impact
• Adaptable and always looking to innovate in evolving business contexts
• Master's degree in business, management, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum); Dutch is a plus
• Willing to travel as needed
