We're supporting a growing consulting practice within a major international technology and transformation group that is looking to strengthen its Industry team with experienced professionals from the energy and utilities sector.

This is an opportunity to join a relatively young, ambitious consulting practice where you'll have the chance to influence both client transformation programmes and the future growth of the business itself.

What you'll be doing:

• Advising energy and utility clients on business and transformation initiatives
• Leading or supporting complex change programmes
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the industry
• Contributing to business development and helping grow the consulting practice
• Collaborating with consultants across a range of industry-focused projects

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience within the energy or utilities sector
• Consulting, transformation, project management or advisory background
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience gained either within industry or a leading consultancy
• Bachelor's degree or above
• OT (Operational Technology) experience is beneficial but not essential
