Job summary

Landal's Business Technology team partners with the CIO to deliver enterprise technology across NetSuite ERP and OneStream, owning the Finance & Accounting ecosystem from discovery to adoption.

You will bridge Finance stakeholders and technology teams across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report, shaping requirements, processes and solutions, while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BA experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong grasp of IFRS, SOX, GDPR.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP; OneStream or equivalent EPM tools is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Clear communicator with analytical and facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

Job description

Landal Business Technology team partners with the CIO to deliver business value through enterprise technology. This role sits at the heart of our Finance & Accounting ecosystem — covering NetSuite ERP, OneStream EPM, and their integrations — and gives you real ownership across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to adoption.

What you'll do

You'll act as the bridge between Finance stakeholders and technology teams across the Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes. Day to day, that means:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements; translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Identifying process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, then designing optimized solutions;
• Mapping end-to-end processes across systems, in alignment with BAs from related domains;
• Collaborating with Finance, Operations, Digital teams, and external vendors to ensure requirements are understood and prioritized;
• Supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement, UAT preparation, and go-live support;
• Occasionally visiting our parks to engage on-site with GMs, suppliers, and operational stakeholders;

• A minimum of 3 years of BA experience in Finance & Accounting;
• Strong grasp of financial processes and controls (IFRS, SOX, GDPR);
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP; OneStream or equivalent EPM tools is a strong plus;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps;
• Clear communicator with sharp analytical and facilitation skills;
• Fluent in English and Dutch;
• Background in hospitality, leisure, or multi-entity environments is a bonus.

• A salary between € 4,253 and € 6,076 gross per month on a full-time basis*;
• 27 days' holiday for a full-time working week* with the option to purchase 10 additional days off;
