Landal GreenParks in Amsterdam is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the Finance and technology teams. In this role, you'll gather business requirements, identify process gaps, and collaborate with various stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Digital departments.

You should have a minimum of 3 years of BA experience and a strong grasp of financial controls. The position offers an annual contract, flexible working hours, 27 vacation days, and a bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Finance & Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP; OneStream or equivalent EPM tools preferred.
• Background in hospitality, leisure, or multi-entity environments is beneficial.

Landal Business Technology team partners with the CIO to deliver business value through enterprise technology. This role sits at the heart of our Finance & Accounting ecosystem — covering NetSuite ERP, OneStream EPM, and their integrations — and gives you real ownership across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to adoption.

You’ll act as the bridge between Finance stakeholders and technology teams across the Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes.

Wat je gaat doen

Day to day, that means:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements; translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Identifying process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, then designing optimized solutions;
• Mapping end-to-end processes across systems, in alignment with BAs from related domains;
• Collaborating with Finance, Operations, Digital teams, and external vendors to ensure requirements are understood and prioritized;
• Supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement, UAT preparation, and go-live support;
• Occasionally visiting our parks to engage on-site with GMs, suppliers, and operational stakeholders;

Wie je bent

• A minimum of 3 years of BA experience in Finance & Accounting;
• Strong grasp of financial processes and controls (IFRS, SOX, GDPR);
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP; OneStream or equivalent EPM tools is a strong plus;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps;
• Clear communicator with sharp analytical and facilitation skills;
• Fluent in English and Dutch;
• Background in hospitality, leisure, or multi-entity environments is a bonus.

• An annual contract with a trial period of one month, whereby we would of course ultimately be happy to employ you permanently;
