Job summary

Landal GreenParks seeks a Business Analyst (Home Owner) to shape and improve systems, processes and data flows for the homeowner business. You will translate needs into requirements delivered across digital and operational teams, enhancing transparency and efficiency for internal teams and property owners.

You will gather requirements for owner use bookings, settlements, HOA features and shared ownership, document processes across Maxxton, Homeowner Portal, CRM and financial platforms, and

• Collect and analyse business requirements related to owner use bookings, settlements, document handling, news items, shared ownership, and HOA features.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Validate requirements with Owner Relations, Finance, Operations, and Digital teams.
• Map and document end-to-end processes across systems such as Maxxton, the Homeowner Portal, CRM, and financial platforms.
• Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes and functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with Owner Relations, Finance/SSC, Park Operations, Digital teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement clarification sessions, and alignment meetings.
• Ensure business requirements are properly understood and prioritised.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and scope definition.
• Prepare test scenarios and participate in functional and UAT testing.
• Validate system behaviour against requirements, including owner use rules, HOA configuration, shared ownership access, and document visibility.
• Analyse data flows related to settlements, financial postings, document delivery, and owner identity.
• Support compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls.
• Contribute to data quality improvements across homeowner processes.

As a Business Analyst (Home Owner), you play a key role in shaping and continuously improving the systems, processes, and data flows that support Landal’s homeowner business. From the Homeowner Portal to owner use rules, settlements, shared ownership and HOA functionalities, you ensure that business needs are clearly captured, translated into actionable requirements, and delivered across our digital and operational teams. Your work directly enhances the transparency, consistency, and efficiency of the experience we provide to both internal teams and property owners.

As a Business Analyst at Landal your tasks & responsibilities include:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collect and analyse business requirements related to owner use bookings, settlements, document handling, news items, shared ownership, and HOA features;

• Validate requirements with Owner Relations, Finance, Operations, and Digital teams.

Process & System Documentation

Wie je bent

To be successful in this role you:

• Have experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role;
• Have strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation;
• Are able to translate operational and financial needs into clear functional requirements;
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ideally you also bring:

• Familiarity with property management, hospitality, or homeowner-related business processes;
• Experience with systems such as Maxxton, CRM tools, or financial ERP systems;
• Understanding of settlement processes, owner use rules, shared ownership, or Homeowner Portal functionalities.

• An annual contract with a trial period of one month, with the intention of ultimately offering permanent employment;

Unfortunately, for this position Landal is not able to support relocation or sponsor a work visa in the Netherlands. Therefore, only applicants who are already residing in the Netherlands and hold a valid work permit can be considered.
