You will collaborate with influencers, run paid media, and optimize campaigns for reach, CTR, and ROAS, while shaping a consistent brand presence in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends.
• Comfortable being on camera and acting as a brand spokesperson.
• Hands-on ability to shoot, edit, and publish content (or manage production workflows).
• Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual sense.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving startup environment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Creation: Manage company social media accounts and produce high-quality content including videos, reels, photos, and posts.
• Brand Ambassador & Influencer-Style Marketing: Represent the brand on social media and collaborate with influencers to expand reach.
• Campaign Planning & Product Promotion: Plan and execute product launch campaigns and develop concepts for storytelling and lifestyle positioning.
• Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Manage paid social ads and optimize for ROI, analyze performance metrics.
• Analytics & Growth Optimization: Monitor performance and use insights to improve engagement, follower growth, and sales impact.
