Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company based in the Netherlands, is seeking a Marketing, Social Media & Design Executive to strengthen our digital presence, brand visibility, and audience engagement. You will own the LinkedIn strategy, create content, manage social channels including Instagram and Glassdoor, and support recruiters with personal branding and vacancy promotion.

Collaborating with stakeholders, you will develop campaigns, optimize content calendars, and deliver market insights

Qualifications

• Hands-on LinkedIn management experience for a business or professional services.
• Proven ability to create LinkedIn posts and campaigns that drive engagement.
• Experience supporting personal branding on LinkedIn for employees or executives.
• Strong copywriting and social media content creation skills.
• Experience promoting vacancies and B2B content via social channels.
• Knowledge of content planning, scheduling, and analytics.
• Experience with email marketing and digital campaigns.
• Understanding of website content and basic SEO.
• Ability to produce visually engaging marketing assets.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
