Boehringer Ingelheim in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Brand Manager ILD to lead local brand strategy and ICP execution. You will translate regional guidance into local priorities, drive multi-channel activation and collaborate across Medical Affairs, Market Access and Communications.

You will own forecasts, budgets and launch readiness, ensuring compliant, customer-centric programs that advance ILD awareness and patient care. A strategic thinker with hands-on execution will thrive here.

Qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences, Marketing or Business Administration.
• Approximately five years or more of relevant experience in brand management or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Experience developing and executing brand strategies for complex therapeutic areas; ILD/respiratory/rheumatology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead local cross-functional brand team and drive branding strategy and ICP execution.
• Adapt regional plans to local market needs using insights to set priorities.
• Ensure launch readiness and high-quality implementation of new products and indications.
• Design and execute customer-centric, compliant multichannel activation plans.
