Job summary

CHANEL Amsterdam is offering a six-month Sales & Operations Support Internship at the flagship boutique. You will back the Back of House by supporting Stock Operations, Care & Repair, Visual Merchandising, Cashier Administration, Marketing and Client Coordination to ensure smooth daily operations and a memorable client experience.

Reporting to the Boutique Operations Manager, you will own stock workflows, support client interactions, and develop practical knowledge of CHANEL craftsmanship and

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and a high level of precision when managing operational activities.
• Ability to prioritise support across departments and communicate effectively with the person in charge.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, iOS and Windows.
• Fluency in English, the working language of the boutique; Dutch or French is welcomed but not required.
• A genuine interest in fashion, client-facing environments and numerical activities.
