Job summary

CHANEL Amsterdam is seeking a Sales & Operations Support Intern to assist Back of House operations for six months. You will help with stock, Care & Repair, Visual Merchandising, cashier administration, marketing and client coordination to deliver an exceptional boutique experience.

You’ll develop operational proficiency across tools, application use and business analysis while building fashion industry knowledge, craftsmanship appreciation and a personalised customer journey.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with high precision in managing operational activities.
• Ability to prioritise support across departments and communicate effectively with the person in charge.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, iOS and Windows.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or French welcomed but not required.
• Genuine interest in fashion, client-facing environments and numerical activities.
