Job summary

CHANEL's Amsterdam boutique seeks a Sales & Operations Support Intern to assist in Back of House activities for six months. You will support stock operations, care & repair, visual merchandising, cashier administration, marketing and client coordination to ensure smooth, professional operations.

• Strong organisational skills and a high level of precision in operational activities.
• Ability to prioritise support across departments and communicate effectively with the person in charge.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or French welcomed but not required.
• Genuine interest in fashion, client-facing environments and numerical activities.

Responsibilities

• Own the stock operational workflows ensuring an accurate Back of House environment.
• Support Care & Repair activities to extend CHANEL creations and client experience.
• Assist Visual Merchandising to bring CHANEL universe to life and entice clients.
• Contribute to cashier administration and marketing activities for seamless boutique operations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support smooth boutique activities.
