CHANEL Amsterdam boutique seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive the boutique’s financial health and ensure optimal cash, stock, care and alteration activities while supporting strategic initiatives.

Reporting to the Boutique Director, you will monitor retail indicators, supervise back‑office teams, roll out projects such as RFID, and collaborate with marketing to elevate the client experience in a luxury environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion, Finance, Business or Management.
• 5+ years in retail operations and team management.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Dutch and English are mandatory; French is a plus.
• Full-time available and living in/around Amsterdam.
• Flexibility with the ability to work late nights (events), weekends and public holidays.

Mansioni

• Pilot the performance of the boutique and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor indicators (turnover, sell-through, traffic) and propose corrective actions.
• Set and pilot sales targets for the boutique and fashion advisors.
• Report on stock and collection performance to optimize buying decisions.
• Lead RFID rollout and other strategic retail projects.
• Oversee cash, stock, care & repair and alteration activities in the boutique.
• Foster a positive working environment and drive client journey excellence.
