Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Desk during shifts to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Support and guide Front Office colleagues with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Resolve guest queries and concerns with confidence to achieve positive outcomes.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments to keep rooms and public spaces guest-ready.
• Assist with events, hotel activations and daily operations adapting to business needs.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and provide personalized recommendations to guests.
• Maintain accurate systems and uphold financial and operational standards during shifts.
• Champion brand standards and health & safety procedures.
