Job summary

Sircle Collection in Amsterdam is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor Intern to join our energetic team at Sir Albert and Park Centraal Amsterdam. You will assist the Housekeeping Manager in training the team and coordinating room attendants and cleaners to deliver exceptional service.

You are a current student in Hotel Management or Facility Management, with clear English communication and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Student currently enrolled in a Hotel Management or Facility Management related program.
• Good English communication skills.
• Affinity with hospitality and ability to connect with diverse people and cultures.
• Available for a period of five to six months.

To build and maintain our housekeeping team spirit high & energetic, we are looking for you to join our Housekeeping team! As our Housekeeping Supervisor Intern, you will be assisting the Housekeeping Manager in managing and training the team by coordinating the activities of the room attendants and general cleaners. With your energetic and motivating spirit, you will make sure our guests and team members are always happy!

This Is What You're Going To Do

• Work along with the team to provide the best service;


• Assisting in managing and training the team by coordinating the activities of the room attendants and general cleaners;


• Assist to monitor and handle guest complaints, and create pro-active planning to increase guest satisfaction scores;


• Checking reservations and pre-blocking rooms to ensures that all guest expectations are exceeded upon arrival.

To succeed in this role, you are currently a student enrolled in a relevant Hotel Management/Facility Management related study. You have good communication skills in English. It goes without saying that you have affinity with hospitality and knows how to connect with different people and different cultures.

You are available for a minimum period of five to six months.

Please note that our company is unable to provide accommodation. Succesful applicants will be responsible for securing their own housing arrangements independently.
